As the lead of the HeroCash Design System, I oversaw its growth and evolution over time. The system had matured to the point where it could be clearly defined and described at the end of the year. Here's a snapshot of how it looked 👈
During this project, I redesigned the foodpanda/foodora website, automated account creation, introduced Enterprise and Gift Card-only plans for business admins and launched gift card purchases with customisable designs and seamless email distribution. Partnered with Qwikcilver for processing payments, gift card recipients, and backend redemption.
Maintaining sufficient data and calling time on foodpanda riders' mobile devices helped them provide excellent service. By simplifying the process, riders can manage their mobile data and call time more easily. With this change, foodpanda users had a better experience and retention rates were improved while downtime was reduced.
Improved developers' ability to create interfaces by converting high-code efforts into low-code interfaces. By improving the efficiency and productivity of the developer community, new and ongoing projects could be executed seamlessly.
Over 100 million Indian users have been able to express their opinions freely in over 35 languages using fun and emotive stickers. By creating sticker-based interfaces that are intuitive and accessible, users could effectively communicate in their native languages.
